Public module is the home page of the website with informational pages and marketing / help sections including contact form and a registration / login facility for various types of users. We propose a careers section where job requirements are posted for technicians and they can fill a form to apply for inclusion in the talent pool.
Finance module has a login for company staff that has rights to input as well as view the initial patient records submitted by doctors. The insurance forms for various categories of tests are auto-populated online and can be printed.
Technician module has a login for both in-house technicians as well as contract technicians to record the visits made by them as well as the tests done by them and input test results. There is a section where technician payments get calculated based on the volume of work done by them also can track the payment status.
Management module has a summary dashboard as well as reports about the activity in each of the modules to provide decision support for business leaders and managers in the company. We have included the uploading of final patient reports in the management module.
Administration module is used by the site owner or web master to manage users, manage content, view statistics and update overall application settings. There is a message centre and any user can exchange message with administrator. Internal company messaging among finance users, in-house technicians, scheduling users, managers and sales users will be enabled.
