Online real estate marketplace with subscription and advertising based revenue model. Sellers can list properties and buyers can find them. Agents can list properties and act on behalf of sellers. Financial Consultants can offer advisory and appraisal services. Site owner gets a control panel to track site activity and extract leads for conversion.
The purpose of the home page is to let visitors try out services by easily searching for properties. They should be able to figure out the services in a glance. Of course, there will be featured listings and advertisements. The existing site users see news and login from home page.
This module enrols the visitor as a free or paid member with credit card payment. User can login to view the personalized account page and manage the profile / preferences / subscription.
The objective was to let a registered member fill a form for posting a listing for either sale or lease of property.
Listed properties appear in member account panel. There is a set of options for each listing ranging from ability to edit the listing to managing / tracking the exposure options. There are 4-5 standard reports for sale and lease listings. Finally the member can opt for a billboard for a listing and an SMS tracking facility is provided to send out automated SMS with listing details to respondents. The SMS utility is needed only for properties that are up for lease. Members can upgrade, downgrade, maintain, auto-renew or cancel their paid subscription. They can view subscription history and filter the payment log by date range. They can pay for a range of add-on value added services like ability to become or broker or to become a marketing partner or opt from a choice of advertising options.
Property listings for lease or sale can be searched on every page of site using a quick search box in site header area. There is an advanced search form will detailed search filter as well. The search results are displayed with a filter panel on left navigation.
Purchase needs can be posted and the search results and appears on same lines like leasing or sale of property. The only major difference is that there are no formal PDF reports for purchase needs
Members pay extra to become brokers and can make a public profile for a searchable broker directory. No search filter is provided for search results in left navigation. Broker profiles need not be added to watch list.
