This feature in our well-received & best project management software tool that allows a user to add and manage client-specific quotes in the system. The quote number in the grid enables the user to navigate to the quotes dashboard where budget, actions, invoices, time & expense entries corresponding to the quote can be handled.


Projects

Allows a user to add and manage client-specific projects in the system. Additionally, quotes that are marked as awarded also get recorded on the screen. Further, project number in grid enables the user to navigate to quotes dashboard where budget, actions, invoices, time & expense entries corresponding to the quote can be handled.


Action Scheduling

This is an integral part of the project management software and does allow the user to schedule or reschedule task-specific actions. Each action info band give tagged with a color that represents action completion status and action due date, ads to easy tracking.


Time-sheets & Expenses

Allows the user to add and manage action and non-action specific time and expense entries. Numbers on each date (on a calendar) indicate the number of hours worked by the individual whereas color indicates whether the recorded entries are approved/declined or pending.


Leaves

Allows the user to add and manage leaves for self and does allow to review leave approval status. Additionally, a summary of the leaves and their current statuses can be reviewed on the individual leave calendar.


Payroll Bi-Weekly

This report records a summary of approved time approved leaves and statutory holidays associated with each user in the system. By default, this report loads data for the last 15 days and does enable a user to review statistics of the last 15 days.


Expense Bi-Weekly

This report records a summary of approved expenses associated with each user in the system and this feature of the project management solution does help the accounting department in paying the employees accordingly. By default, this report loads data for the last 15 days and does enable the user to review statistics of the last 15 days.


Invoicing

This component of our best-automated project management software is mainly divided into billed and unbilled sections. The unbilled tab captures line items that pending for invoicing whereas the billed tab captures the line items that are assigned and invoiced. The item being billed can be invoiced partially or fully, and which is based on the fee structure of budget or SOW.


Asset Management

This is a kind of inventory where all equipment or machinery or spares or electronic devices-related information can be recorded and tracked when outsourced for the fieldwork. Users can import asset details either individually or in bulk through CSV/ Spreadsheet. The screen has an option through where the user can update the asset condition/ state while assigning it to any employee or user and track asset return status until when the asset was not returned.
