Our employees do a six day week from Monday to Saturday with Sunday as a weekly off. Project Managers and Technical Architects are senior employees and they get a five day week with both Saturday and Sunday off every week. Every employee who works for 6 days a week is entitled to 24 days of paid vacation and 5 declared holidays per annum. The normal timings are 9:30 AM to 6:15 PM with 45 minutes lunch break from 1:30 PM to 2:15 PM. In case a particular Associate needs to work in evening timings like 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM so that he / she can communicate with the client directly, then that Associate gets a five day week with Saturday and Sunday as weekly off days. Our time zone is GMT +5:30Hours. Hence we commit a minimum of 160 person hours of work per month for each employee.
